Ingredients

  • 50 ml Martin Richman Original
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white

How to mix

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker (no ice).
  2. Dry shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Add ice and shake again.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Optional: bitters dots on foam.
